Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Common Questions About Our Services and Support

What age is this program for?

The Gen Alpha LIFE Group is designed for tweens ages 9–13 (grades 5–8), a key stage for developing identity, confidence, and emotional awareness.

Is this safe for kids?

Yes. We use a private, secure platform (not a public social network) where only approved members can join. All community features are monitored and designed for youth safety.

How long does each module take?

Each module takes about 15–30 minutes to complete virtually or 45–60 minutes if done in-person in a group setting.

How much is the membership?

GenAlpha is available for just $15 per month or $150 for a full year. The annual plan gives you two months free!

Do parents need to be involved?

Not necessarily — the program is designed for tweens to explore independently. However, parents are given a handout for each module to help guide conversations and stay connected to their child’s journey.

Can kids do this on their own?

Yes! The content is youth-friendly and easy to navigate. Many tweens complete it independently, while others may prefer doing it alongside a parent or mentor.

Do members get a certificate?

Yes! Upon completing the program, they’ll receive a Certificate of Completion, available for download.
